Pros

They send you on a useless sales trip to Miami or Vegas

Cons

Horrifically unorganized corporate leaders, especially District Management. Terrible work life balance. This stems from loss of profits across the board in the company and has led to increased pressure on store mgmt.

Pros

The company doesn’t have anything good other than their benefits package. Salaries are good except that they take advantage of this and you end up working 10-12 hours a day

Cons

Hostile environment. Extreme long hours there is no work life balance. Managers are horrible to their employees. They do not know the meaning of team work. Talking to HR is a waste of time
