Pros

Fun place, bright store. As a watch fanatic I loved being around watches and knowing more about them. You will be trained about the watches and their names. They have new collections through out the year. You get employee discount and the pay was okay. You'll become a Swatch collector yourself.

Cons

They push you to sale like your selling 14k gold watches. It was getting stressful and had to leave. They are too pushy.

Pros

Good pay, good working culture and nice working environment.

Cons

To many reports to do, there is poor communication between management and workforce.

Pros

40% off branded watches

Cons

No motivation or encouragement, no incentive to staff or staff retention. Very disinterested in the people dealing with the customers. More interested in having meetings between management and allowing the staff to drown in work load. Huge lack of care for staff!
