Too many middle level management and not enough employee care - Customer Care Swatch Group Employee Review

No motivation or encouragement, no incentive to staff or staff retention. Very disinterested in the people dealing with the customers. More interested in having meetings between management and allowing the staff to drown in work load. Huge lack of care for staff!
