Pros
You will work with some great people, if they are still there. The IT department is full of smart and talented individuals. The retail development team is kind and efficient. The brand portfolio is diverse and has so much potential.
Cons
HR is a joke. They have no sexual harassment enforcement- in my decade of working there I had maybe 1 sexual harassment program, signed something and that was it. The European counterparts act like its game day every time they meet a new female employee. Upper mgmt works off of intimidation and instill fear into each employee. They are condescending of other nationalities, primarily those who aren't Swiss... Funny how things become so obvious once you leave and pull yourself out of that place.
