Good fellows in hq and independent work for a middle management.

Cons

If you are not good you promote if you are in the inner circle you promote too..a disaster in terms of systems, erps and tools to make things efficiently. If you express opinion you will be forever discriminated. Top management is old and abusive. Don't work here
