Pros

Co-workers were great, that's it.

Cons

After my original manager quit head office hired someone who had no place being a manager, who we later discovered was a close friend of the main head office person. This fantastic example of nepotism forced all keyholders to do the managers job as the person hired was clearly not capable. Unrealistic KPIs and sales goals. Dated sales approaches, complete disconnect between head office and what is actually happening at store level. You are also expected to do a bunch of crazy watch repairs on the fly with minimal training. If you damage a customer's watch while trying to figure it out head office will not support you. This company will do anything to no honor a warranty. Avoid.
