Pros

It was a sold first experience with the retail world, the work wasn't as focused on the sales targets as I might have thought.

Cons

Not enough training, basic salary, had to do the cleaning lady's work everyday.

Pros

we have a very fun environment! casual uniform, just jeans and a store t-shirt. we have a smaller store, so smaller and closer knit staff. get to wear different watches everyday, and learn so much! we get very good deals on any watches under the swatch "umbrella" such as rado, tissot, omega etc..

Cons

they pass over people for promotions and would rather hire outside of the company. some head office reps are hard to communicate with (short replies in emails, not good instruction) no sales on black friday or boxing day, which makes it hard to sell to customers.
