No room for growth!

Pros

Employee appreciation day and an employee discount.

Cons

The HR department is a joke, they do nothing. Employees can't really reach out to them for any help, it will make the problem worse. Don't believe anything they tell you. There is no room for growth or movement, your manager has all the power. In this place you are not measured by your work, your worth is all on your manager, if he/ she likes you, you're good, if not you are not getting anywhere. Swatch has lost good employees, they refuse to change their micromanaging ways. There are some 'directors' that have no clue what they are doing and you are expected to follow their lead, ridiculous.

Pros

They constantly serve food for events and visitors. Pay is okay if your Asian or from Switzerland.

Cons

No room for advancement, low increase after two years, no promotion unless your a favorite. Poor management, good workers get overlooked if not part of the click. Poor communication. Different rules apply for different teams and managers. Company has no structure. Huge turn over! Can't keep employees and HR is all over the place. Get spoken to as if your stupid with lack of proper training. Don't know they're own rules . They have no job descriptions so you do everything or some do nothing at all but get promoted. They say we promote from within but only if your a favorite or part of the click. Don't waste you time. Payroll manager is nasty and rude when you ask a question. Everyone is afraid to approach her. Switzerland is controlling and have no clue what there are doing. They don't come to the US but fire people only to replace them with there own.
