Good pay, possibly good vibes if you're a white guy.

Cons

Lying and conniving management. Fabricating lies about myself and former colleagues which is still ongoing. Numerous HR issues over the years. Favouritism and sexism abound. Manager confidently did a Hitler salute on the shop floor. Micromanaging and a complete lack of communication or transparency.
