You get consistent hours to work.

Cons

Not enough staff to keep the store running properly. They do not give you commission on the best sellers the moonswatches.

Pros

The hours are really flexible, which makes it easier to maintain for work-life balance. The company offers good benefits, and the monthly incentives can be motivating when the goals are realistic and achievable, which they usually were

Cons

During my time at Swatch, I experienced several issues that made the work environment challenging. Employees were not given sufficient training to meet the high expectations set by upper management and HR, which created unnecessary stress. Store management was frequently absent for weeks, even months at a time, leaving the team without proper leadership or guidance. Additionally, unprofessional behavior from leadership was a recurring issue. Verbal abuse toward employees was tolerated I was called “a fraud” creating a toxic work environment. Management would also yell at customers during stressful situations and then hide in the back, leaving the rest of the staff to deal with the aftermath. On top of that, conflict between coworkers was poorly managed, which led to unnecessary tension and further contributed to the negative atmosphere in the store.
