I would say the biggest advantage of working for swatch is the friendly atmosphere and ideal working hours. Furthermore there’s opportunity for career development.

Cons

I can’t really say any cons but salary definitely could be higher. From management side a big change has taken place recently and I’m certain they will perform better than previously.

Knowledge about watches. Have company gathering. (not feeling well also must go)

Cons

Sick don't allow staff take sick leave reason is everyday not enough staff working. If you want take sick leave need inform before 1 to 2 weeks. Alone working can't go to toilet and break. If have any question about work you can't ask will scold you. If you don't ask also scold you.
