Pros

Great work environment with awesome like-minded people. The products are also fun and creative that are easy to recognize and rewarding when making a sale.

Cons

There are a lot of products and watch names to slowly get familiar with but its not expected to know on your first day :)

Pros

I would say the biggest advantage of working for swatch is the friendly atmosphere and ideal working hours. Furthermore there’s opportunity for career development.

Cons

I can’t really say any cons but salary definitely could be higher. From management side a big change has taken place recently and I’m certain they will perform better than previously.
