In my profile i am not bothered at all by any intrusions during my work. Work timings are perfect. The work personal life balance is outstanding within my team.

Cons

Lack of growth in teh company is very annoying and enough is not done to retain a good employee. There are communication gaps in between managements in between which people like me get stuck with unseen future and growth
