Pros

Develop your people skills and your sales skills. Training is centered around catering to every customer's specific needs, which is very important to learn to tailor the sales experience.

Cons

Depends on who the manager is, but if they are very obsessed with making the goals, it can add unnecessary stress to the team. People are very motivated to meet the goals because there are built in incentives, but adding the stress makes the sales experience on the floor a little bit too pushy for some, which is not the company culture.

Pros

Benefits aren't too bad, that's almost all I can think of now.

Cons

Management is terrible, things are handled badly, micromanaging, authoritative. Brand thinks it is some premium exclusive high and mighty brand but hello, things have changed. Swarovski is no longer perceived that way. You need to get with the program or another P brand will take it all away.
