Good work/life balance, modern office, amicable colleagues, regular bonuses, social benefits, interesting work opportunities.

Cons

Upper management was all but non-existent and little to no information trickled down from the top. That left middle management locked in petty power struggles to defend their positions. The result: passive-aggressive mistreatment to outright mobbing of employees.

Benefits and vacation time are pretty good. Bonus structure can be very rewarding. Colleagues in general are good natured and helpful. Internal promotion is very common. Feels very much like a family.

Cons

Every family has it's issues. Salary could be better for the amount of responsibilities.
