Lower payroll matrix, makes it difficult to keep self and team on target with frequent product training modules. Payroll and workload do not align.

Great hourly pay for even part timers, PTO, chance for bonuses and allotments to but merchanide. Wonderful crystal jewelry with a rich history.

My experience was wonderful. I honestly don't have any Cons to share. I still miss working with my staff and I miss all the Sparkle
