Given a lot of responsibilities, which is good so you can learn how a store works for future jobs. Open / Close store count & balance registers. Take bank deposits to the drop site.

Cons

Terrible company communication, higher ups dont seem to care about there employees. Low pay for the amount of work they give you.

Pros

Swarovski gives you a lot of responsibilities, you are able to reconcile drawers and open and close the store. you are granted an allotment (free 40 dollars towards most of the purchases ever quarter) You can grow within the company.

Cons

Company's communication is not great at all. Rules and procedures are not clear sometimes. Sales goal is not practical to crowd or weather conditions.Pay is low considering the duties you are granted. Company retention is low and they definitely put pressure on you to sell.
