Pros

The products are beautiful, and the employee discount is generous. It's a lovely working environment for those who love crystal jewelry and crystal craftsmanship in general. You get a first look and early access to upcoming collections and launches, which can be really exciting.

Cons

Understaffed with little recognition. No commission, with the only motivation for reaching sales goals being acknowledgement of achieving said goals, which as stated before, does not often come. There is very little appreciation in the way of raises or promotions within the company on lower levels.

Pros

Nice colleagues and management. Workload is fair. Good working environment. Lovely product and brand to work with. Good discount after probationary period.

Cons

Poor pay and no full-time contracts unless you are management. No bonus until you have passed the probationary period.
