Pros

My experience with Swarovski has been great , it's something more than a normal retail store. You don't have the rush that you can face in a clothes store .

Cons

Sometimes you could get bored of doing always the same work everyday and some customers are arrogant because they equate the crystals to diamonds , so they get crazy when they lose some crystal from they "jewels" , without considering that are not original diamonds.

Amazing product, flexible company, and good customers. Fun place to work and grow.

Pay isn't as good as it could be for part timers and managers have to work 9-hour shifts instead of 8.

Flexible, understanding employees. There was much room during my employment to express whom I was and my opinions. The facility is truly a beautiful place.

Cons

There was pressure within the job, as all have. At times I felt stressed, but I was able to overcome it.
