Upper management out of touch with the current retail climate Low salary for a 'luxury' brand No work/life balance Inappropriate comments and actions of upper management about people's appearance. Little support from district and regional managers. Slow to resolve HR issues within store level due to inexperienced HR team members.

Not Many that I can think of. Company laptop and phone.

Cons

Terrible work environment. Very disorganized. Sales/National Accounts team was so disfunctional. Office Morale was lacking and saw much turnover. New layout of office space was terrible. People were not happy to be there. Worked at the NyC offices.
