Cons

Company is unorganized, a little old school with their technology , unreasonable, have to “yes dear” upper management etc

pretty easy to sell and there are reasonable sales targets to meet

Cons

if you make a mistake they will literally hold it against you forever, you are not recognized at all for your work even if you exceed expectations, and there is a very very cliquey culture there.
