I felt I usually took on responsibility’s that really should of been dealt with by management. No commission oppertunitys. Sometimes targets set for yourself or the store can be difficult to achieve or unrealistic.

So many downsides to working at a private company. There is a lot of nepotism and favoritism that goes on in the workplace. People who have no background in a certain area are suddenly promoted to be head of that department, for example. The people are awful and catty; they are relentless in how they talk about others in the workplace. I’ve never encountered so many unprofessional colleagues in my life. Very disorganized. No structure. No one knows who is supposed to do what. And they wonder why they aren’t beating last year’s numbers. Overall morale is very low. Much like the product, the people are very fake.
