I got to learn a lot about the products of Swarovski, their brand history and how to style jewelry for clients. I was able to complete their outfits by suggesting products that best ignited the spark they wanted to portray.

Cons

Employees are required to wear Swarovski products when on the floor. As a male employee, I felt that there was a lack of products specifically made for men or a diversity of options for men.

No training company VP's and senior mangers have no idea what goes on in store. Provide no support. Will not promote you. the company will hire externally rather than training its own people. there are multiple assistant managers there for over 7 years and they won't even give them an interview. sad company.
