Supportive colleagues at store level. Employee discounts were good.

Cons

In my experience, the management environment became increasingly stressful over time, with a high level of pressure placed on staff. Communication and support from management could be improved, especially regarding employee wellbeing and work-life balance. This had a negative impact on morale and overall working experience. Also they pay bare minimum and expect you to do every job.
