Professional corporate feel and everything to an extremely high standard; visuals, office set up, equipment. Staff discount great and lots in internal employee sales too. Great opportunities to work with international colleagues and global brands.

Cons

Targets are extremely hard to meet and the bonuses you're told are achievable are practically impossible. Very low pay rises. Its very dog eat dog and colleagues you think you can trust are not what you think making a sometimes non-pleasurable working environment.
