Poor rota system No work life balance Not much progression Communication from higher up was very last minute, rarely taking into consideration how the store runs and functions Jewellery itself not long lasting as much as they push this narrative HR have no compassion. They have no care for you what so ever and you are seen as a number

- Although lovely looking products awful quality - The store struggle to keep staff and rehiring took a long time - low pay and forced to do things not in your pay grade - Upper management can turn on you in a second - Head office staff treated better than floor staff - Unrealistic targets
