Good staff discount rate on jewellery **

Cons

Extremely toxic work environment Being told one thing by key holders and another by management leading to confusion and being overwhelmed. Minimum wage High expectations from start date Management scrutinises every single movement and mistake you make. Was reprimanded for blazer being “charcoal/dark gray” instead of black ** Discount only works in the store that you work at, not able to use online or at other stores.

Company pay at minimum wage Don’t allow overtime or full time contracts for anyone that isn’t at management level.They try to spread out contract hours over multiple days; e.g. 20 hours over 5 days whereas this can be completed within 3 days instead
