Pros

Employee discount is very good and the free cooking class per month is a nice perk. You get to work with and interact with a ton of foodies if that's your interest.

Cons

Not much training done. You learn as you go and by your mistakes. Not much room for advancement and not much feedback from management. Hours are sporadic and if the store doesn't do well, hours are cut.

Work a variety of jobs, get lots of exercise on the job. Sometimes management staff pitches in when workload is too large.

Cons

Not many permanent openings for seasonal staff.
