Pros

The customers are fun. There is always something to do. The discount is excellent. Store management team is success driven.

Cons

Pay rate is LOW and full-time employment is not an option for non-managerial positions. I'm not sure who orders inventory, but it is someone not in touch with individual store production. Bonuses are unattainable.

Mostly great people to work with. Mostly great benefits.

Cons

Not so great people to work for, not all but some. Incompetent (or maybe just lazy) middle management. Definitely a good example of micro management...control and trust are always becoming an issue. There is no advancement opportunities even to those who are able and willing. It is only available to a selected few.
