Pros

Hard to think of any pros.

Cons

I think the upper management is just a bunch of lousy criers and emotional bunch of people, especially the CTO is so unprofessional.

Pros

There's a decent discount on merchandise.

Cons

The quality of training is highly dependent upon how much your manager cares. The product training provided by the company is mostly irrelevant to the information customers are actually seeking (no one cares what year your blender company was established or what their mission statement is). Many sales associates who are working retail for the first time are left to fend for themselves or end up reading the product descriptions to customers instead of having a grasp on sales techniques or actual expertise on the product.
