Great discount and spiffs. Fun customers and engaged, passionate coworkers. Easy return policy made it easy to upsell and take away buyers remorse.

Cons

Something always got lost in translation from Seattle to the field.The message was clear, but had to go through 2 egos; the Regional and the District Managers. They took a succinct directive and added layers of complexity that took away from executing.

Fun work environment, great team, interesting product. Autonomy given to stores to drive business in their market. District and regional managers are incredible.

Cons

Operations are a little dated and cumbersome. Planning and communication from hq could be better.

nice stuff, top brands, shoppers know how to treat staff with respect. quality products means fewer returns. great demonstration kitchen increases traffic for greater sales/employee

Cons

too few hours offered to p/t staff. can't make ends meet on $150/week. Turnover is very high as those who sell more leave discouraged and wanting more
