Pros
Great discount and spiffs. Fun customers and engaged, passionate coworkers. Easy return policy made it easy to upsell and take away buyers remorse.
Cons
Something always got lost in translation from Seattle to the field.The message was clear, but had to go through 2 egos; the Regional and the District Managers. They took a succinct directive and added layers of complexity that took away from executing.
