Pros

The team I worked with was great. Everyone was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and willing to lend a hand when necessary. The employee discount of 40% was also quite nice.

Cons

The scheduling was in constant flux and dwindled down to nothing after the holidays. There was an expectation of full-time availability with only part-time hours. Also, the hourly wage was much lower than that of competitors just down the street.

Sale Agents are cut throat and want to walk all over you claiming that the customer was theirs. We all get paid the same rate. We are reviewed on Company Sales Goals.
