Pros

The atmosphere is very laid back and informal. The work is easy and the employee discount is amazing. During peak season, you will earn a lot of overtime hours.

Cons

The managers, supervisors, and leads are all friends with each other, so if someone does something wrong it is unlikely that they will be reprimanded for it. The pay is subpar and the atmosphere can be very unprofessional at times. During peak season, the mandatory overtime can cause you to miss out on valuable time with your family.

Great staff--very fun and all 'foodies'. Free cooking classes. Great discount. Amazing food and coffee :-)

Cons

None from my perspective. The base pay may not be great, but most of us moonlight for fun.
