Pros

Employees receive nice store discounts.

Cons

Schedule was often changed just hours before you were to show up at work. Very low pay.

great employee discount . and great and innovative products if you love to cook

Cons

very poor training.if you want employees to sell effectively including the cooking classes, employees should be trained better and go to cooking classes complimentary after a 3 month probation period

Pros

The best thing about working here was the people. Customers were occasionally awful but what made up for it were the lasting relationships I formed with fellow coworkers. The pay wasn't awful either with incentives.

Cons

It was easy to move up if the position is available. A full time position would've kept me here for a long time. Unfortunately that wasn't up to the management team. Nobody can survive in this world off of 24 hours a week -- sorry to say.
