Good if you hire a good staff.

Cons

Dealing with corporate is terrible. Bad DMs. All employees in corporate office do not care about retail store employees. If they even still “pay out” bonuses, they make it unattainable. If you are making it fir the month, they change the numbers do you miss it. However, the bonus pay is next to nothing, so it’s not much of an incentive to begin with. Don’t waste your time.

Cons

We were a highly successful store with loyal, repeat customers. It was shocking and sad when we learned our store would close permanently. Was the reason really due to COVID?
