Pros

Good if you hire a good staff.

Cons

Dealing with corporate is terrible. Bad DMs. All employees in corporate office do not care about retail store employees. If they even still “pay out” bonuses, they make it unattainable. If you are making it fir the month, they change the numbers do you miss it. However, the bonus pay is next to nothing, so it’s not much of an incentive to begin with. Don’t waste your time.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
