Pros

Black uniform, easy to obtain from anywhere. Majority of staff are pleasant to work with and young (teenagers/early 20s). Easy to pick up with little to no experience of tills.

Cons

Quite poor hours. Management is horrible towards staff members. Forced to active sell 'Star Buys' and get repercussions when you don't sell any. Mistakes aren't allowed, if you make one there is this sense of unpleasantness towards you from the management team. Pay is quite bad and sporadic as to when you actually get it. Have worked there for just over a month now and haven't received the right amount of pay yet. Was told a higher pay than I am currently receiving at the interview. Wasn't shown contract for a month and wasn't allowed to read it before signing it. Hard to get more hours and very laborious tasks set in work.

Pros

A few fun employees discount card nothing else I just have to write at least 20 words so yeah

Cons

Everything. Pay is terrible, but they always underpay you anyway so may aswell just quit. Management is terrible, they don't know what they are doing, my assistant manager was 18 and only hired people because they were 'fit. Treated me so badly. Management only care about the favourite employees. I was working my hardest every day, as the only person who worked more than 45 hours a week, yet I didn't get any praise for this, but someone who worked 5 hours a week got praise for working so hard. ITS A WASTE OF TIME, WORST JOB EVER. :)
