Pros

Job isn't too hard hard the training they give you makes it really easy but a great place to work if you have a great team. If you also have great management then work will be fun. In my store if you put a lot of effort in and work extra time,which you'll still get paid but also the manager might reward you with more hours.

Cons

Under 18 is 4.89ph then it's £5.21 and after you turn 21 it becomes a reasonable £6.21

I have more knowledge of beauty and cosmetics and has expanded my social network within the employees.

Cons

The managers can be a bit strict and unfair. Many customers can be rude and unpolite as well as our active selling targets being managed.
