Great staff, they work for every penny of their wages, which believe me isn't much.

Cons

I have worked for this company way too long and seen some major changes, one of which is Peter Mccabe, I can honestly say this is the worst thing that happened to Superdrug. He cares for nothing but his next step ahead, which is at the expensive on the management teams.

Management listen to staff and encourage good ideas. Staff have positive attitudes and are very friendly.

Cons

Usual retail issues of changing plans at very short notice due to sudden market changes which can lead to periods of intense activity.
