      Pros

      I enjoy the team I work with. There are some areas I enjoy.

      Cons

      The workload is so high it's achievable. The company expectations of your own time you put into the job are too high, 10 hours unpaid a week is expected rather than appreciated. The only benefit is a 10% staff discount (30% own brand) and that's only when the system isn't down. Every year the hours put into store are drastically reduced resulting in lack of motivation/loyalty from the team and managements jobs becoming harder yet all kpis become harder to reach. Salaries haven't risen with inflation for years. Reading other reviews on here it seems head office/field staff are treated disproportionately better than store teams.

      Pros

      Some great teams out there - but very rare to find.

      Cons

      Extremely low wage for supervisors - if your not part of the management click such as store managers / area managers you are very unlikely to progress No recognition for the work you put in. The company want you to do everything and beyond but give nothing in return for staff. Beyond stupid mangers who are in charge of stores who have no clue at all. The company are not showing any sign of improvement at all. Constantly Cut hours but still want amazing customer service with minimal staff in stores - but yet they will spend unnecessary money on other areas that don't need funding.
