Cons
Too much pressure to make unrealistic sales goals. Even if it’s a slow week/month. Current RM is horrible. You will get bullied by your manager if you can’t make sales goals. Low pay, low hours. If you get good hours like on a Sunday for example. You usually are paired with someone and they will try to take most of the sales. Since sale goals are so crazy high. Manager turns blind eye if you tell him/her. Never ending classes that must be completed monthly. Greedy company and wants each and every customers email address at the absolute minimum. Too many programs/items to force customers to join or purchase.
