. A free pair of sunglasses every six months (1 designer, 1 house brand) . 5 x 50% off vouchers every 3 months . 25 days holiday for 32 hour contract . Paid Christmas night out

Cons

. Management are appalling and have no respect for employees . Incredibly high staff turnover . Shoplifting is massive- no security or radios provided . Unsanitary toilet facilities (raw sewage!) . Won’t perform repairs that could cause illness to staff (legionare’s disease) . Will use probation periods to work staff to the bone and let them go last minute

Very incentivized, competitive pay w/ commission, and good management.

Cons

Pay raise is once per year no matter your performance. You could be leading the entire region in sales and still not recieve a bump in pay.
