Pros

Friendly staff, lots of independence and things to learn about. I found Sunglass Hut really helped me learn how to sell, with a customer focus. Lots of resources to help learn about all the awesome brands, on getting better with customers and about what sunglass hut is up to. Great job for students looking to cover a couple of evening shifts.

Cons

As with many retail jobs, low commitment to part time staff lead to quick turnover. Lots of staff felt very pressured to meet their goals, to their detriment.
