Pros

- Benefits are good - For the most part people are friendly - Aggressively hiring for new roles but not much thought given to current employees

Cons

- Many employees, especially younger ones, are leaving in droves. There are likely many reasons for this - lack of career pathing, siloed organization, and so on - A lot of finger pointing throughout the organization. It starts at the highest levels and seeps down. - Many double standards between accepted behaviors of leaders and standard employees. - Many initiatives start and then stop and are never to be heard of again. When feedback is requested, it isn’t acted on - Egos run rampant

Pros

Good pay and vacation benefits

Cons

Upper management loves to micromanage. I'm not saying they're the R word but shop floor management isn't so diverse

Not too bad

Pros

Not too bad. Decent salary, seemingly low expectations. Workplace safety is taken seriously, no late nights or weekend work.

Cons

A bit disorganized. Decisions are sort of by consensus, sort of by random shortcuts to get issues onto someone else's desk.
