Good benefits, reasonable PTO amounts (separate sick and vacation time)

Cons

Could pay better, finicky about remote work (up to each manager, with zero guidelines), very few opportunities for advancement or raises outside of cost of living. There is a running joke that an employee needs to quit and rehire to get a promotion or raise. Which isn't inspiring.

Great pay, employees all got along with each other, great benefits, job-related mentoring for college-bound students, comfortable work environment, and all around pleasant place to work.

Cons

Unfortunately, this is a rating for Sullair when it was UTC. No longer the same great place that it once was.
