      Pros

      Good benefits, overtime available, no 3rd shift.

      Cons

      Poor management, people who have little to no experience in a warehouse are put in charge of 20 plus employees who also have no solid work ethic and choose to be lazy which in turn creates more work for others on different shifts. Plus having said lazy employees training new employees and showing them bad habits which causes more problems
