Been with the company pretty from the beginning. The interview process is not that relevant since it was a startup in the early days and much has changed. Remote work was a huge advantage from the start. I love working with my favorite content creators and influencers and bring them as much value as possible. The company changing and growing all the time can't wait to see where are we going to be in a year from now.

Cons

It is a startup, sometimes you have very busy days where you work around the clock from one call to another. Aggressive goals.

Everyone at StreamElements is overflowing with talent, creativity & passion for what they do and what the company does. You are encouraged to take ownership and be involved, as well as speak your mind and share your knowledge. Company is growing like crazy, yet you still have every opportunity to grow professionally and develop personally as well.

Cons

Due to Covid-19 work-life balance can be a bit difficult, however you are always encouraged to take time off if needed and your time is very much respected.
