No Idea What They Did With the Money

Pros

Remote, great health benefits, worked with some cool people.

Cons

They don't know what they are doing. Every week this guy, Or Perry, would have his weekly call, coming across as a nice guy. Behind closed doors they somehow went through 100 Million in less than a year. They went through at least three layoffs. The idea of using influencers to promote was good; its a shame they had no idea how to execute.

Pros

- Great benefits - Wonderful coworkers - Collaborative work environment - Team Leads are supportive and effective in resolving issues - Relaxed environment - Great home for the "nerdy" workers

Cons

- Management has optimized for what aligns with generating revenue VS what the users actually need/request - Specific department heads lack trust in their workers and often lack full transparency despite stating they provide it - Reactive approach to all issues as opposed to proactive - Opting to have workers compensated at a lower rate to have more heads VS proper compensation for fewer workers. - Lack of proper training for departments. Leave the "knowledge" to the tenured employees, have them train the new employees, then remove them if too costly to keep.
