      working from home is the only pro

      Cons

      bad management top down. No work life balance and they expect you to do so much. Ask management for help and they dislike it, got called out multiple times for asking questions, very condescending vibe. the benefits compared to gm and ford suck, their 401k match is subpar as well. I cant recommend staying away from this company enough. apparently it has a bad reputation and i was unaware of it. life has become very stressful after taking a job here.

      None currently. Avoid at all costs.

      Tons of attrition means roles are constantly changing. All forward progress made during the FCA years is being destroyed by new leadership. North America is expected to run on a shoe string budget even though it produces the highest profits. PSA leaders are filling all top leadership roles without understanding the NA market HR is self destructive in its behavior which leads to multiple labor violations.
